Solicited by an international industrial group, Lindea helped implement the organization’s master plan and 5-year investment for 3 European sites involving production activities, logistics, control laboratory, R&D and service sector support.

In 4 months, the capacity adjustment goals, the integration of new activities, and reuse at lower cost of releasable areas had been defined, while still managing the real estate reserves in the long term.

Mandated by the real estate management of a services group, Lindea defined the priorities for environmental and standards updates for its commercial agencies as well as for the headquarters and 2 administrative sites The optimization of operating costs and carrying capacity of several sites have allowed us to defer some investments 2 to 4 years.

For a local community and its developer: Lindea prepared and co-piloted the implementation of a land use operation, urban renewal and transfer of land charge (400 housing units and 10,000m² commercial and service facilities).

At the end of the call for projects, the enhancement of the real estate potential had been optimized with the operators and project managers retained, in keeping with the local real estate demand and the community facilities needs. A coordinated approach was conducted.

For the owner-operator of a hospital center, Lindea conducted preliminary studies (3 months) and then the implementation (18 months) of a partial renewal- conversion of the site. Some activities have been kept in operation and a part of the site made independent functionally and technically. Lindea coordinated the project with the local communities and curatorships, participated in the update of the PUP and contributed to the adaptation of the urban planning regulation for the completion of the project.

In the framework of the creation of an R&D laboratory for a pharmaceutical group, Lindea pulled together the needs of an extended team of direct users and support services. Lindea challenged, unified and formalized the needs through a detailed technical program which has been used for a turn-key type project development.

Delegated by the shareholders and General Manager of a cooperative group, Lindea defined and implemented the installation of a new operating site An investment of10 million Euros. For 28 months and in the context of a la carte missions, Lindea was at its client’s side, for the definition of needs and of the site research up to the handover, transfer and commissioning phases.
